The Congress-2016 presented and discussed the latest initiatives of the various authorities related to the definition of boundaries, and size of market, as well as the formation of industry standards. Besides, the risks and opportunities in the current environment were discussed, including those based on the proposed programs for stimulation and development of guarantee instruments. Despite the large number of difficulties faced by the leasing today, it still aims to implement the strategic governmental objectives of creating the new high-tech production for the customers, enhancing technical and technological potential of Russia.

At this event, Yusupov B.S., Deputy General Director of Uzbek Leasing International AO JSC represented the Uzbekistan Lessors Association. Being as representative of the leasing market of Uzbekistan, Boturov Suratbekovich made a presentation on “State of the leasing market of Uzbekistan in the period of global financial turbulence” and noted the factors promoting stable growth of leasing companies taking Uzbekistan experience as a sample.

In this section the representatives of the Latvian and Uzbekistan Associations shared their experiences of crisis survival, as well as a presentation was made regarding the trends in management of leasing companies’ personnel in 2015-2016. The presentation was based on data of the specialized study conducted on the eve of the Congress by the ULA together with AMT Consult Company, in which more than 30 leasing companies participated.
In total, at the Congress 24 presentations were made.
