As we reported earlier, in cooperation with the “Islamic Business and Finance” LLC and the Leasing Association of Uzbekistan on November 20, 2022 in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) the training seminar «The main financial products and services used in the modern Islamic banking and financial system» has started. Representatives of the leading commercial banks, leasing and insurance organizations of Uzbekistan take part in the training seminar.
The training seminar will consider the specifics of the activities of Islamic banks, study leasing and insurance companies (takaful), the practical aspects of Islamic leasing — Murabaha and insurance — Takaful, as well as set out recommendations aimed at the development of these tools in Uzbekistan.
The training will be conducted by experienced industry specialists over several days.
