Joint seminar-training with Scientific and Research Center
On December 15, 2017, in the building of the International Banking and Finance Center, the Uzbekistan Lessors Association held a joint seminar «Modern methods of selection, placement and professional development of employees.» with the Scientific and Research Center «Scientific Foundations and Problems of Economic Development of Uzbekistan», established at the Tashkent State Economic University.

The training course is aimed at solving the key tasks of managers and directors of HR departments, heads of companies and banks in recruiting qualified personnel; creation of optimal incentive and motivation systems; staff qualification development, as well as staff training and professional development.
