«Islamic Business and Finance» LLC, in cooperation with the Leasing Association of Uzbekistan, is going to organise the seminar-training on the subject of «Core products used in the modern Islamic banking-and-financial system», which shall be conducted – on November 14-17, 2022 (opening date may be changed, based on the date of departure) in Jidda, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The event objective is promotion of Islamic financial products, as well as rising of awareness about the Islamic finance and insurance as an alternative and stable financial solution for the business community of Uzbekistan primarily. Peculiar workings of Islamic banks, leasing and insurance (takaful) companies shall be considered, practical aspects of Islamic financing — Murabaha, Islamic leasing — Ijara and insurance — Takaful shall be examined, and the recommendations, focused on development of these Islamic tools in Uzbekistan, shall be laid out.
The seminar-training objective is training and development of skills of banking, insurance and leasing companies’ specialists, integrated knowledge delivery to them so that they will be capable to play an important role in Islamic banking, insurance and financing sectors promotion and development.
