The purpose of the development and implementation of the new «Development Strategy» of JSC «Agro Finans Lizing» is the implementation of long-term strategic plans, and the development of new leasing services.
The presentation was held in the form of an intensive exchange of ideas, and the participants emphasized the importance of the transformation process to ensure the stability of the leasing activities of Agro Finans Lizing JSC, the relevance of foreign experience, the introduction of digitalization, the emphasis was placed on leasing activities, and in further corporate governance, offering customers new leasing products, it was noted that the system of work with them should be improved.
At the end of the presentation, a bilateral agreement was signed by the Chairman of the Board of Agro Finans Lizing JSC N.I.Begmatov and Representative of the international consulting company «PricewaterhouseCoopers Central Asia and the Caucasus B.V.» (PwC) A.A. Muminov on the development of the «Development Strategy» and the implementation of transformation processes.
